Not sure Wils, he is a season ticket holder and that's how he got me an extra one.
When I looked on their site you had to login to get tickets. So I imagine you need a history of booking or a reference or something.

We joined as members as just down the road, figured will get to see a few a games. Got tickets that way. Might go to general sale bit later in the week.
